Associate Membership Application Form
Membership Qualifications
Full Membership: Persons, firms, and corporations duly licensed to engage in the consumer finance business by the State of Illinois in accordance with the provisions of Illinois law and whose methods of operation and business ethics are found by the majority of the Board of Directors to be in conformity with the spirit of the law, can apply for Full Membership in the Association. Full Membership annual dues are $330 per Illinois branch, with maximum dues of $24,000 and minimum dues of $1,800.
Associate Membership: The Board of Directors may accept applications for Associate Membership from any person, firm or corporation whose business provides service to the consumer finance industry and its members. Associate members shall be entitled to all other rights and privileges of Full Membership, except the right to hold office and/or vote at member meetings. Associate Membership annual dues are $350.
